I worked as a graphic designer for over twenty years while raising my two children. In the little free time I had, I loved to paint. Now that my children are grown, I have more time to devote to my painting.
I am fascinated by homes and street scenes, and I have always enjoyed the energy and excitement of large cities. The places where people live intrigue me. The exterior of a home can reveal a lot about the people who reside there, and I love re-creating these architectural spaces in my watercolors.
Since retiring, I have also revisited my passion for quilting, exploring how fabric and textures can be used to create pictorial quilts.
